Job Description


We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the ideal candidate will provide exceptional service, ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes, and handle all front desk operations with efficiency and a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
  • Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries
  • Manage front desk operations, including payments and billing
  • Provide information about the hotel, services, and local attractions
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus).
  • Flexibility to work in shifts .
