What You’ll Do
Greet and assist guests throughout arrival and departure
Provide information on hotel services and local attractions
Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally
Process payments, verify reservations, and maintain accuracy
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service
Promote amenities to enhance the guest stay

Who You Are
Warm, polished, and passionate about hospitality
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
Able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Front desk experience preferred; Opera a plus
Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
