What you’ll do:

As the friendly face of our resort, you’ll ensure every guest has a seamless, memorable experience from the moment they enquire to the moment they say goodbye. We offer flexibility in this part‑time role, with 20 or 30 hours per week available Weekend availability is required (Saturday and Sunday), with flexibility across other days where needed.

In this role you will:

  • Manage reception tasks including taking bookings, preparing invoices, and checking guests in and out
  • Respond to phone and email enquiries with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
  • Work closely with other departments to coordinate room readiness and meet guest needs
  • Help create an environment where guests feel relaxed, valued, and excited to return

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong Guest Service experience with sound knowledge of NewBook or a similar booking system as well as OTA booking channels
  • A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guests
  • Creativity and leadership skills to assist with and run children activity programs during school holidays and long weekends (arts & crafts, scavenger hunts, sport games)
  • Willingness to go above and beyond for our guests and to also support the Team
  • Strong computer literacy, Microsoft suite and basic knowledge of Canva a bonus!
