About the Role:

As a Guest Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, offering exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, engage with guests from all over the world, and contribute to making Dorsett Gold Coast an unforgettable place to stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and welcoming experience to all guests upon arrival and departure
• Process check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner
• Answer phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally
• Assist with guest reservations, room assignments, and special requests
• Ensure all front desk operations are completed in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to offer tailored recommendations
• Support all aspects of customer-facing operations, ensuring a consistently high level of service across the hotel
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
