
The primary responsibility of a Guest Service Associate (GSA) is creating an exceptional guest experience while achieving sales goals and assisting management with daily administrative tasks. This individual must have a willingness to initiate genuine conversation & connection while educating guests on product + service recommendations. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is performed sitting and standing at a desk and working on a computer, with times of prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling. The associate must lift and/or move items over 25 pounds.
