The Role:

The Guest Room Attendant will:

Assist the Guest Room Supervisor and other staff to improve efficiency in all housekeeping areas.

Clean and maintain hotel guest rooms and other hotel areas assigned

Responsibilities:

Provides excellent quality of customer service to co-workers and guests.

• Ensures at all times operating principles are being adhered to:
• Clean – Keep all areas clean and pristine.
• Safe – Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Friendly - Use customer courtesy skills to provide superior guest service.
• Fun – Have fun! Be interactive with all internal and external guests while maintaining professional standards.

Qualifications:

• GED; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  Reasoning Skills: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions
