Job Description

Guest Room Attendants provide friendly, courteous Family-Style Service to guests while cleaning guest rooms in their assigned area. They display a strong commitment to customer service through the delivery of our service standards, safety procedures and standard operating procedures. Guest Room Attendants ensure cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms to uphold hotel standards. Duties include cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing supplies, changing linens, and sanitizing bathrooms. Attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to providing an excellent guest experience are key aspects of this role.

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY

• Cleans all assigned rooms to company standard within designated work period
• Maintains professional appearance and demeanor throughout shift
• Follows all safety protocols and reports unsafe working conditions immediately
• Follows lost and found policies and procedures
• Plans, organizes and completes work timely
• Takes initiatives, shows ownership and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs
• Accepts feedback and coaching from supervisors

• Load carts with all supplies for designated work area. Keep supply closet clean and in order.

• Complete all company-required training within designated time frames.
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
• Safely work with provided cleaning chemical and equipment
• Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period
• Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
• Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment
