Job Description

The Guest Restaurant / Just Walk Out Experience Manager partners with Headquarters, Amazon, and also our Business & Industry (B&I) Division leaders to ensure operational readiness, consistent standards, and scalable growth across the Gyrizo Guest Restaurant and Just Walk Out programs. This role supports current operations and future expansion across the B&I Division.

Travel will be required as needed, including on-site presence for all site openings.

Responsibilities are not all-inclusive and additional duties may be assigned by the Director of Operations or Vice President, National Operations.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Gyrizo Guest Restaurant Program

  • Write and maintain the Gyrizo Guest Restaurant playbook and operational standards
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage regional and national Guest Restaurant partners
  • Develop and manage daily, weekly, and long-term service and installation schedules at all participating sites
  • Serve as primary liaison between Guest Restaurants, Amazon SPOC’s, HQ teams, and branch operations
  • Coordinate site launches, ensuring licensing, approvals, equipment, marketing materials, and pricing are in place
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance, Procurement, Facilities, and Marketing
  • Conduct regular site visits and support growth initiatives
  • Develop QBR materials and report on sales, profitability, and program performance
  • Ensure installation readiness, including remote verification and leadership coverage

Just Walk Out Program

  • Maintain and update the Just Walk Out playbook and program standards
  • Partner with Procurement to expand offerings and manage quarterly planograms
  • Coordinate site launches, installation schedules, and equipment readiness
  • Act as liaison between AVI, Amazon, and Just Walk Out teams
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, approvals, workflows, and onboarding requirements
  • Support QBR development and program reporting
  • Maintain backup equipment inventory and ensure operational continuity

Ongoing Leadership & Communication

  • Lead weekly meetings with branch teams to ensure alignment, timelines, and accountability
  • Provide operational oversight and ownership across all active and upcoming sites
  • Support continuous improvement and scalable growth initiatives
