Guest Relations/Concierge Agent (Season 2026)

At Santa Marina, a Luxury Collection Resort, Mykonos, every stay is shaped by meaningful connections, thoughtful details, and a deep sense of place. We are seeking a Guest Relations / Concierge Agent who is passionate about delivering exceptional, personalized service and who understands the importance of anticipation, discretion, and genuine care within a luxury hospitality environment.

In this role, you will be a key ambassador of the resort experience, welcoming guests with warmth, guiding them throughout their stay, and ensuring every interaction reflects the elegance, authenticity, and service excellence of the Luxury Collection brand. You are a confident communicator, a natural problem-solver, and a dedicated team player who takes pride in creating memorable moments for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a personalized and seamless guest experience from pre-arrival through departure, ensuring each stay is thoughtfully curated
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for guest inquiries, special requests, and personalized arrangements, responding with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Coordinate pre-arrival planning, including transportation, dining reservations, celebrations, and tailored itineraries
  • Prepare and manage welcome amenities, personalized communications, and follow-up correspondence as required
  • Escort guests upon arrival, providing a clear and engaging orientation of accommodations and resort facilities
  • Offer knowledgeable recommendations for dining, activities, cultural experiences, and local highlights, tailoring suggestions to individual guest preferences
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless guest journey
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and special requests within PMS and CRM systems
  • Handle guest feedback and service recovery with empathy, efficiency, and alignment with brand standards
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the stay and proactively identify opportunities to exceed expectations
  • Uphold resort policies, service standards, and brand presentation at all times

Requirements

  • Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management or a related field.
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, guest services, or other customer-focused roles. Prior experience with Marriott brands is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with Opera PMS is considered a plus
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, additional languages are highly valued
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of anticipating guest needs
  • Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-driven with a genuine can-do attitude
  • Upholds the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and conduct
