Job Location: Bethany Children's Health Center - Bethany, OK 73008

Job Shift: AdministrativeThe Guest Relations Representative creates a positive and safe experience for all of our guests that aligns with our mission, culture, and core values leaving a lasting impression on our guests. This position serves as the “face” of the hospital to guests and the “voice” of the hospital for all inbound callers. The Guest Relations Representative will direct the person to the appropriate contact or location within the hospital.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM to 430PM

  • Duty
  • Percent of Time
  • Answer main telephone for hospital promptly and courteously and direct caller.
  • 10%
  • Greet, check-in and direct guests, patients and families following all safety protocol and guest experience expectations.
  • 60%
  • Performs basic clerical duties in support of hospital operations.
  • 15%
  • Maintains a welcoming and orderly receptionist area and lobby.
  • 10%
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • 5%

Qualifications

  • Education:
  • High School Diploma required. Two years of college or vocational education preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 1+ years in customer service, hospitality role
  • 1+ year in administrative, clerical or similar role
  • License/Certification/Credential:
  • N/A
