1. Greet and welcome guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive.
2. Assist Korean-speaking guests with any inquiries or needs, providing clear communication and support.
3.  Handle bookings and reservations for tee times, ensuring smooth scheduling and coordination.
4.  Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, aiming to resolve issues to the guests satisfaction.
5.  Offer information about the golf course, facilities, and services available, including any special events or promotions.
6.  Work closely with other departments such as the pro shop, restaurant, and maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience.
7. Help organize and manage events, tournaments, and special activities, ensuring they run smoothly, and guests have a positive experience.
