Guest Relations Host

· The GRH / Barista is responsible for delivering a premium hospitality experience to Priority Banking and

Wealth Management clients visiting the PPC lounge.

· The role combines high-quality beverage service, guest engagement, lounge operations support, and daily

client hospitality management to ensure a professional and welcoming banking environment.

About the role

Key Responsibilities

Client Hospitality & Lounge Service

· Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

· Provide premium hospitality services aligned with SCB brand standards.

· Support client seating, beverage offering, and lounge experience management.

· Handle client requests promptly and escalate issues when necessary.

· Maintain a warm, discreet, and service-oriented atmosphere for affluent clients.

Beverage & Barista Operations

· Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established standards.

· Maintain beverage quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards.

· Manage coffee machines, beverage equipment, and pantry inventory.

· Monitor stock levels for coffee beans, milk, beverages, and consumables.

· Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance within pantry and lounge areas.

Lounge Operations Support

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of lounge, pantry, and client areas.

· Coordinate with FM, Security, Cleaning, and Operations teams for issue resolution.

· Support meeting room preparation and hospitality setup for VIP meetings/events.

· Assist with opening and closing procedures of the PPC lounge.

· Report operational issues, maintenance requirements, or safety concerns.

Customer Experience

· Deliver personalized and attentive client service.

· Build positive relationships with Priority Banking clients and internal stakeholders.

· Support premium events, campaigns, and client engagement activities.

· Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.

About you

· Experience in cafe operations and inventory/materials management

· Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills

· F&B vendor management experience

· Barista certification preferred.

· 고객 안내, 음료 서비스 및 라운지 이용 관리 지원

· 고객 요청사항을 신속히 처리하고 필요 시 관련 부서에 전달

· VIP 고객을 대상으로 품격 있는 서비스 환경 조성

음료 및 바리스타 운영

· 스탠다드에 따라 커피, 차 및 기타 음료 제조 및 제공

· 음료 품질, 위생 상태 및 서비스 기준 유지

· 커피머신, 음료 장비 및 pantry 운영 및 관리

· 원두, 우유, 음료류 및 각종 소모품 재고 관리 및 발주 지원

· 팬트리 및 라운지 공간 내 위생, 식품안전 기준 준수

라운지 운영 지원

· 라운지, 팬트리 및 고객 이용 공간의 청결 유지

· 시설관리(FM), 보안, 미화, 운영 부서와 협업하여 운영 이슈 해결

· VIP 미팅 및 행사 진행 시 회의실 준비 및 케이터링, 호스피탈리티 서비스 지원

· PPC 라운지 오픈 및 마감 업무

· 운영상 문제, 시설 유지보수 필요 사항 및 안전 관련 이슈 보고

고객 경험 관리

· 고객 맞춤형 프리미엄 서비스 제공

· Priority Banking 고객 및 내부 이해관계자와 긍정적인 관계 구축

· 프리미엄 고객 행사, 마케팅 캠페인 및 고객 참여 프로그램 운영 지원

· 모든 고객 응대 과정에서 기밀 유지 및 전문성 준수

자격요건 및 우대사항

· 고객서비스 또는 호스피탈리티 분야 경력 보유자

· 카페 근무 및 자재 관리 경험

· 고객 서비스 마인드 및 커뮤니케이션 역량

· 직접 개발한 음료 리스트 보유자 우대

· 바리스타 자격증 보유자 우대

· F&B 업체 관리 경험 우대
