Requirements

• Experience of at least 1-2 years in a guest relations or customer-focused role, preferably within luxury hospitality
• A degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is advantageous
• An outgoing personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a valuable asset
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns proactively and professionally
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks seamlessly
• A passion for providing exceptional service and creating delightful guest experiences
• Results-Oriented Sales Enthusiast
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera) is a plus
