The Guest Relations Coordinator manages guest referrals, check-ins, and coordinates guest services to ensure a welcoming experience for patients and caregivers. This role supervises concierge coverage, maintains guest records, and ensures smooth operations of front desk services.
Pay: $20.41/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri. 37.5 hours per week. The exact schedule is currently being finalized and will include a consistent/set schedule with some weekend coverage.
Holiday Coverage: This position will participate in holiday coverage as part of the Lodge’s 24/7 operation.
Guest-Focused Role: Supports the daily guest experience at Hope Lodge and works closely with patients, caregivers, Lodge staff, and other partners in a compassionate, service-oriented environment.
