The Guest Relations Coordinator manages guest referrals, check-ins, and coordinates guest services to ensure a welcoming experience for patients and caregivers. This role supervises concierge coverage, maintains guest records, and ensures smooth operations of front desk services.
Pay: $20.41/hour, based on experience and internal equity.
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week across 5 days per week. Schedule flexibility is important, with weekend coverage required and occasional holiday coverage possible.
Leadership Focus: This is a hands-on lead role supporting the Concierge/front desk team. The ideal candidate will lead by example, help train staff, reinforce consistent service standards, and step in wherever needed.
Guest Experience: Strong people and customer-service skills are essential. This role regularly supports guest check-in/out, referrals, room assignments, front-desk operations, and resolution of guest concerns.
New Hope Lodge: This is an opportunity to join a brand-new San Antonio Hope Lodge and help establish the team’s culture, service standards, and identity from the beginning.
