The Car Wash Attendant will be responsible for providing a fast, efficient, and high-quality car wash experience for our customers. This role requires excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for keeping vehicles spotless. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly attitude, answer any questions about services, and ensure they are satisfied with the final results.

• Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain car wash machines and equipment, ensuring they are clean, functional, and in good working condition.

• Cleaning & Detailing: Handle detailing of the interior and exterior of the carwash, including Trench and window cleaning, as needed.

• Safety & Cleanliness: Follow all safety procedures, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and ensure that the car wash area is free of hazards.

• Team Collaboration: Work alongside other attendants to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

• Inventory Control: Help track inventory of car wash supplies and inform the manager when stock is low.

• Up-sell Services: Recommend additional services and wash packages to customers to enhance their car wash experience.

Qualifications:

• 
  
  Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a car wash setting is a plus, but not required.

• Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and reaching.

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and operate car wash machinery.
