AYANA Hospitality is looking to hire a Guest Recognition Manager for their AYANA property located in Bali. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay. As a Guest Recognition Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that guests have a memorable experience during their stay.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure guests’ needs are met
  • Maintain records of guest preferences and requirements
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate with guests throughout their stay to ensure satisfaction
  • Assist with special requests and arrangements for guests

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort.
  • Bachelor Degree in Hospitality or other relevant fields
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Fluent in English and an additional language is desirable
