Actively apply upselling techniques to increase revenue.
Use suggestive selling to boost the average check per guest.
Consistently meet individual monthly sales targets.
Create engaging and lasting connections with guests, turning them into loyal promoters.
Welcome, seat, and serve guests in a courteous, discreet, and personalized manner.
Ensure the quality of food and beverages served meets restaurant standards.
Handle guest complaints professionally and effectively to maintain satisfaction.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver a seamless dining experience.
Collaborate closely with team members to achieve business objectives and maintain a friendly and fun environment.
Take responsibility for setting up and maintaining service stations, ensuring everything is prepared for smooth operations (mis-en-place & mis-en-scene).
Prevent wastage and breakage, proactively reporting maintenance needs and workplace hazards.
