Role: Guest Experience Team Member
Location: Dash In - Newark, DE (380 E. Chestnut Hill Rd.)  
Status: Part-time including nights, weekends, holidays 
Pay Rate: $15.50-$18.00 per hour (+$1/hr. overnight)Join the Dash In Team as a Guest Experience Team Member!    Who We Are:

  • Deliver Outstanding Service:  Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In. 
  • Foodie Extraordinaire: You'll follow the sacred codes of food safety, sanitation, and quality, conjuring up culinary delights that leave taste buds dancing. 
  • Keep Things Stocked Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible. 
  • Maintain a Pristine Store Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas. 
  • Support the Team Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure  a seamless guest experience. 
  • Handle Cash with Care Follow company policies for  accurate cash handling and recording. 
            What We're Looking For:
            • High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
            • 1 year of retail customer service experience 
            • Food service, line cook, or prep cook experience is a plus
            • Flexibility to  work days, nights, overnights, and weekends 
            • Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older 
            • Successful completion of background check and drug screening 
                      Ideal Candidates Will Also Have: 
                      • Active  ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification 
                      • Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
