We are currently looking for a Guest Experience Specialist (French & English Speaker) – Remote (Morocco, Freelancer Contract) to join our growing hospitality team.
This is a fully remote freelance opportunity based in Morocco
The ideal candidate is fluent in French and English, customer-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
Provide professional and friendly guest support via chat, phone, and email.
Act as the first point of contact for guests experiencing check-in, cleaning, maintenance, or check-out issues, taking full ownership and ensuring quick resolution.
Perform basic troubleshooting for common technical requests (e.g., Wi-Fi resets).
Ensure high-quality communication and guest satisfaction at all times.
Accurately document all guest interactions in internal systems.
Stay up to date with GuestReady’s tools, processes, and service standards.
Proactively suggest solutions and improvements to enhance the guest experience.
Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Based in Morocco with the right to work as a freelancer.
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or similar roles.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
Comfortable using digital tools and working remotely.
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
