POSITION: SeasonalGuest Services Staff

DEPARTMENT:Event Services

REPORTS TO:Director of Events/Operations

FLSA STATUS:Part time hourly / Seasonal

THE ROLE

Performs theevent and guest service activities at the facilityas scheduled and supervised by the event/operations director.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following: 

  • Work Guest Experiencelocations during events,assistingguests with directions, event information, item checks, and ticket relocation.

  • Assistand bring resolution to guest issues and complaints, with empathy and a focus on satisfaction.  Use supervisor support when necessary.

  • Provide guest and event information outside in information chairs.

  • Provide accommodation for wheelchairs, senior citizens,studentsand groups.

  • Assistwith hospitality services as needed.

  • Serve astourguide providing information andassistingvisitors and patrons. 

  • Serve as a tram guide, giving information to guests as they ride tramsfrom the parkinglots

  • During day-to-day operations,serveas an ambassador ofTRNA,assistingguests,contractorsand staff.

  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience        

  • High School diploma or GED and one (1) to three (3) months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Abilities

  • Good written,verbaland computer skills.

  • Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.

Computer Skills

  • Operate and beproficientutilizing standard office equipment and personal computer(s) using Outlook, MS Windows, Excel,Wordand PowerPoint.

Other Qualifications

  • Be licensed tooperatea motor vehicle in the United States.

  • Must be able toassistand transport mobility impaired guests safely in a wheelchair to and from assignedlocationduring events.

  • Must be able towork inoutdoorall-weatherconditions.
