At LEGOLAND Discovery Center Philadelphia, we're searching for fun, enthusiastic, and guest-focused individuals to join our Guest Experience Team! Every day, you'll help families create unforgettable memories through play, imagination, and amazing experiences.

🎉 No two days are the same! One moment you might be operating an attraction, the next celebrating a birthday party, helping a guest find the perfect LEGO set, or supporting a special event.

🌟 Create Awesome Guest Experiences

Welcome guests with a positive attitude and lots of enthusiasm.Help create memorable moments for families and children every day

🎈 Keep the Fun Going

Operate attractions and interactive experiences

Support retail, food & beverage, birthday parties, and special events

😄 Deliver Outstanding Service

Answer questions, provide assistance, and ensure every guest feels valued

Bring energy, confidence, and fun to every interaction

🚦 Help Keep Everyone Safe

Follow attraction procedures and safety guidelines

Assist with queue management and guest flow

🧹 Keep the Attraction Guest-Ready

Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming guest areas

Help create an environment families love to visit

Work closely with fellow Hosts to deliver an exceptional experience from open to close

Qualifications & Experience

🧩 About You

✅ 6 months to 1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, hospitality, retail, or customer service preferred

✅ Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality

✅ Strong communication and listening skills

✅ Comfortable working around crowds, loud environments, and attraction operations

✅ Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team

✅ Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events

✅ Passionate about creating fun and memorable experiences for guests
