Job Description
The Dispatcher plays a critical role in supporting daily Guest Experience operations by coordinating staffing assignments, monitoring operational coverage, communicating service needs, and providing real-time support to Ambassadors and Supervisors. This position serves as a central point of communication, ensuring efficient deployment of personnel while maintaining service standards and operational continuity throughout the airport.

- Coordinate daily deployment of Guest Experience Ambassadors to assigned posts and operational areas.
- Monitor staffing levels and identify coverage gaps, call-offs, late arrivals, and operational disruptions.
- Communicate staffing changes, post assignments, and operational updates to Supervisors and Ambassadors.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, schedule changes, breaks, and workforce movements.
- Assist with shift start-up procedures, employee check-in, and deployment activities.
- Track operational coverage throughout the day and recommend staffing adjustments as needed.
- Support Supervisors in managing service requests, passenger assistance needs, and special operational events.
- Monitor radio communications and respond professionally to operational inquiries.
- Escalate operational concerns, service issues, and staffing shortages to leadership in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding employee information and operational matters.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, staffing documentation, and operational records.
- Promote a positive work environment and support company service standards and culture.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience within Guest Experience Operations preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of airport operations, staffing assignments, and service expectations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain professional and composed during high-pressure situations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, scheduling tools, and operational reporting systems.
- Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous leadership, lead, coordinator, or dispatch experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Familiarity with workforce scheduling and staffing management.
