About The role

We’re looking for a warm, energetic and highly organised Guest Experience & Culture Champion to help make our Sydney office feel welcoming, vibrant and brilliantly run.

You’ll be the friendly face of the office — greeting guests, supporting visitors, keeping our front-of-house space humming, setting up meeting rooms, coordinating supplies, managing mail and deliveries, and making sure the little details are taken care of.

More than keeping things running smoothly, you’ll help bring the office to life. Think great first impressions, a well-stocked kitchen, a beautifully presented workspace, and those small “surprise and delight” moments that make people feel genuinely welcome.

  • Own the front-of-house experience: Manage the daily flow of the front desk, visitor access, meeting room readiness, mail, deliveries, and office presentation.
  • Keep the office running smoothly: Stay across kitchen and beverage stock, office supplies, shared spaces, meeting rooms, and general workplace presentation.
  • Bring the workplace vibe to life: Help create a warm, social and high-care office environment through thoughtful touches, small “surprise and delight” moments, and an eye for what will make the day feel easier or better for the team.
  • Support our people behind the scenes: Coordinate workplace logistics for new starters, movers and leavers, including access cards, security passes, parking, desk setup, and other office needs.
  • Stay on top of maintenance and facilities requests: Log, track and follow up on office issues, repairs and scheduled services, working with building management, landlords and suppliers to get things resolved quickly.
  • Work with our office partners: Coordinate with cleaners, security, maintenance providers and other suppliers to ensure our spaces stay safe, clean, stocked, and well presented.
  • Keep things organised and visible: Maintain simple trackers, reports and documentation for office requests, supplies, maintenance activity, access, suppliers, and key facilities processes.
  • Jump in where needed: Support ad hoc such as urgent repairs, office events, VIP visits, team activations, and other requests.

Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, events, customer experience, premium front-of-house, workplace experience, facilities, office coordination, or a similar service-led role.
  • A naturally warm, energetic and welcoming style, with the confidence to engage with employees, guests and senior stakeholders.
  • A strong service mindset and the ability to create a positive, high-care experience for everyone who enters the office.
  • Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to stay calm while juggling multiple priorities.
  • A proactive approach — you notice what needs doing and take ownership without waiting to be asked.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear updates and build trusted relationships across teams.
  • Confidence coordinating suppliers, building management, maintenance providers, cleaners, security teams or other external partners.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office Suite and workplace systems to manage requests, trackers, documentation and reporting.
  • Flexibility to respond to unplanned issues, office needs, events and day-to-day operational requests.

Additional Information

Lendi Group teams operate across Australia and the Philippines. Bringing together diverse expertise, innovative technology and a customer-first approach, our teams work seamlessly to simplify the property journey, helping Australians find, buy and own property with confidence.

We support our people in a variety of ways, but a few of the benefits that our people rave about include:

  • Hybrid working arrangement designed to support work-life balance, while fostering meaningful connection and collaboration.
  • A holistic wellbeing programs offering 24/7 support, including medical, mental health, and financial wellbeing services to enable our workforce to thrive at home and work.
  • Generous paid Parental Leave: we celebrate our growing Lendi Group family with 18-26 weeks leave for primary carers and up to 4 weeks for secondary carers.
  • An additional week’s Loyalty Leave each year after reaching 3 years’ service.
  • Wellness initiatives with a strong focus on psychological safety.

We’re committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive community at Lendi Group. We believe that a team reflecting the world around us leads to greater innovation, stronger collaboration, and a more engaging workplace.

Our culture is guided by our 3 core values: We Are Stronger United; Act Like You Own It; and Keep Home Loans Human. Our values are part of our core DNA that helps Lendi Group to attract, engage and evolve the right talent and build best-in-class products.

This is an opportunity to shape the future of a fast-growing, purpose-driven company that’s transforming the homeownership journey.
