Position Title: Guest Experience Coordinator

Department: Ticketing & Guest Services

Classification: Winter Seasonal, Full-Time

Job Duties

The purpose of the Guest Services Coordinator is to provide the highest level of guest service for Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (JHMR) customers by ensuring accurate and efficient sales of all ticketing products as well as deliveries/mailing. Coordinators facilitate specific departmental functions.

  • Responsible for maintaining high level of product knowledge and answering staff questions.
  • Assists with return/refunds for any type of transaction as needed.
  • Coordinates all aspects of wholesale ticket program.
  • Works closely with other departments at JHMR as well as guests, groups and wholesalers.
  • Coordinating printing, delivery, and mailing of lift tickets (wholesale, Lodging, Season Passes, and JStore orders). Delivery of ticketing will include driving to various locations in Teton County.
  • Monitors the Season Pass Office front line sales and assists with pass access product management.
  • Responsible for daily department wide auditing, end of day reporting and balancing all POS.

  • RTP experience preferred.

  • Has valid driver’s license.
  • Computer skills preferred.
