About the Role:

Blo East Norriton is looking for a vibrant and welcoming Guest Experience Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our salon! This is your chance to be the first smile our guests see and the lasting impression they take home — all in a fun, beauty-forward environment in East Norriton, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in guests, ensuring a warm and seamless salon experience from arrival to departure
• Manage appointment scheduling, booking, and confirmations using salon software
• Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Process transactions, retail sales, and memberships at the front desk
• Promote and upsell salon services, packages, and retail products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment
• Collaborate with stylists and salon team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Previous customer service, front desk, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a naturally friendly demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and appointment booking software
• Passion for beauty, wellness, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player

Compensation: $14.00 per hour
