WHO WE ARE

Level99 is a sprawling playground designed for adults with over 50 life-sized mini-games where Players dodge axes, crack puzzles, and outsmart real-world challenges. Each game lasts about 1–4 minutes and is built for 2–6 people to play together. One ticket to Level99 unlocks access to all of our games including Challenge Rooms, Player-vs-Player duels, and an art scavenger hunt. We save your progress each time you play so you can earn rewards and climb our coveted leaderboard.

OVERVIEW

You're the energy that makes Level99 unforgettable. As a Guest Experience Associate, you'll be the face of our Venue — welcoming Players, guiding them through the experience, and delivering the kind of genuine, playful hospitality that keeps people coming back. If you love people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and bring a contagious sense of fun, this role is for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and engage Guests with energy and enthusiasm throughout the Venue, providing tours, wayfinding, and check-in support
• Explain the Level99 concept, room offerings, and gameplay experience to drive admissions and on-site sales
• Enforce safety rules and monitor Guest welfare, communicating any concerns to leadership promptly
• Support retail operations including transactions, restocking, and maintaining organized displays
• Assist with POS usage, cash handling, account creation, and troubleshooting
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of Guest areas, workstations, and shared spaces

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• Friday and weekend availability — a must; flexible schedule including days, nights, and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active for 8+ hour shifts; lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Strong verbal communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Positive, upbeat, team-first attitude

OTHER DESIRABLE (BUT NOT NECESSARY) SKILLS & EXPERIENCE INCLUDE

• 1+ year in a guest- or customer-facing role
• Retail sales experience
• Public speaking or performance background

While we don’t expect a candidate to have deep experience in all of the above, we’re looking for someone with the passion and capability to learn quickly in the areas that are new!
