As our Guest Experience Assistant, you will be the heart and soul of our guests’ journeys, delivering exceptional service that makes every stay unforgettable. Your passion for personalizing guest experiences will ensure that each guest feels truly valued and cared for, every step of the way. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Ensure guests are greeted and checked in promptly and efficiently with the highest level of hospitality.
• Responsible for the smooth operation of daily front desk activities, including the allocation of rooms based on guest preferences.
• Attend daily line-ups, monthly departmental meetings, and other hotel-wide meetings to stay informed about the hotel's operations and departmental activities.
• Review guest arrivals, noting special requests and blocking rooms as needed, while consistently using the guest’s name to provide a personalized experience.
• Ensure strict adherence to all hotel quality assurance standards, financial audits, and safety regulations.

What We need from you:

• Fluency in both Nepalese and English is essential for effective communication with a diverse range of guests.
• Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities, so every guest leaves with great memories
• Fluency in the local language - extra language skills would be great, but not essential
• Literate and tech-savvy - you’ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computer skills
