As Sofitel's Guest Experience Agent you will provide an exceptional food and beverage service to Club Millésime guests, ensuring a luxury experience from the moment they arrive. Your role is to deliver personalised, high-end service that exceeds guest expectations, following Sofitel Brand Standards in every interaction. As part of your responsibilities, you will anticipate guest needs, offer tailored recommendations, and ensure that each service is flawless. You will create memorable, bespoke experiences for guests, providing them with Cousu Main moments through attentive and professional food and beverage service.
