As a Guest Experience Agent, your responsibilities are :
Delivera warm,personalizedwelcomeanddeparture,ensuringsmootand efficient check-in and check-outexperiences
Anticipateguestneeds,managerequests, andresolveconcernspromptlywithproactive follow-up
Maintainaccurateguestprofiles,preferences, and interaction records,ensuringstrongattention to the administrativesideof theguestexperience
Preparepersonalizedwelcomecardsandspecialcommunications toenhanceguestrecognition
Coordinatewithalldepartmentstoensureseamless, consistent, and high-qualityservicedelivery
Monitorarrivals,departures, and in-housegueststoprioritizeandpersonalizeservice
