Duties/Responsibilities
• Delivers sold vehicles to our guests home or office with our rollback car hauler.
• Completes paperwork and performs a walk-around of the sold vehicle with the guest.
• Picks up vehicles that we purchase or trade in from guests.
• Inspects and completes paperwork for trade in/ purchase vehicles
• Communicates with the store, dispatch and guest for appointment scheduling
• Maintains vehicle mileage, usage and maintenance log for the rollback.
• Coordinates vehicle maintenance and inspections with Asbury shop
• Performs other related duties to benefit the mission/vision of the organization
Education & Experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing role.
• Must have a valid Georgia driver’s license
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
• Must have, and continue to maintain, a clean driving record
• Must have, or be able to obtain a notary public in the state of Georgia within the first 60 days of employment (Asbury will cover the costs)
• Training on the delivery process, paperwork and operation of the Rollback will be provided
• Must be energetic, outgoing and self-motivated.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
