Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a coordinator for the Guest Communication Center.

General Requirements :

• You will be responsible for handling calls from hotel guests, calls from the various departments and services within the hotel, as well as external calls.
• You will also ensure that requests are answered within the deadlines set out in current procedures.
• You will also be in charge of reservations for the various catering outlets.

Profile:

• Excellent elocution
• Sense of luxury and passion for service
• Bilingual English essential (third language preferred)
• Hotel school diploma or equivalent experience
