As an empowering Guest Consultant at Nuovo Artistic Photography, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission by engaging with potential guests over the phone. We're seeking top talent to join our team, individuals who are not only passionate about sales but are skilled in combining exceptional service with a natural talent for building meaningful connections. .

Key Responsibilities

1. Empower Through Connection: Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with potential clients who have expressed interest in our promotions through various social media platforms (ex. Instagram, Facebook).
2. Information Provision: Provide detailed information about our photography experience with precision and care, ensuring potential clients have all the necessary details to make an informed decision.
3. Booking Management: Secure bookings by presenting Nuovo’s curated experience with confidence and professionalism. You don’t just meet goals – you exceed them.
4. Results-Oriented Performance: Work towards meeting set targets and quotas to ensure our studios are fully booked, contributing to the overall success of Nuovo Artistic Photography.
5. Upselling: Present and sell add-on beauty services such as makeup and hair-styling to enhance the overall photography experience.

Requirements

Qualifications

• A passion for connecting with people and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
• Proven experience in over-the-phone sales, preferably in a target-driven environment.
• Exceptional communication skills with a knack for building rapport over the phone.
• Ability to understand and convey the unique value proposition of Nuovo Artistic Photography.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Weekend availability.

Nice to Have:

• A Bachelor of Fine Arts/Visual Arts or a DEC of Fine Arts.
• Fluent [oral & written] in English, French, and/or Spanish is considered an asset.
• Previous experience in life coaching, psychology, and/or wellness services.
