Summary

We are looking for a Team Manager to join our Selfridges leadership team.

You will report to the Store Director and lead a sales team of Senior Client Advisors and Client Advisors to achieve business and product category goals. You will develop and grow the talent within your team.

Our store is made up of four departments: Accessories/Leather Goods, Women's Ready-to-Wear, Men's Ready-to-Wear, and Women's Shoes.

Key Accountabilities

• Own the overall performance of your department, balancing commercial success, client experience and people development.
• Drive business results by analyzing performance, identifying opportunities and executing impactful action plans.
• Build a strong clienteling culture, growing client loyalty and retention, supporting your team to develop tailored client strategies.
• Embed a high-performance culture through effective performance management, ensuring the highest standards of client experience, selling excellence and accountability.
• Take ownership of the appearance of your department, ensuring it is always presented to the highest luxury retail standards.
• Partner closely with the Store Director and key stakeholders (HR, Training, Merchandising, Operations, Clienteling, Visual Merchandising...) to deliver business priorities.

• Proven leadership experience in luxury fashion or premium retail.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results.
• Highly organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage performance and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Energetic, adaptable and hands-on leadership style.
