We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our team in Stockholm on a permanent contract.

You will be responsible for ensuring the economical and operational effective management of the store, in compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensures achievement of business goals and strategic projects, keeping in constant connection with Corporate functions (Visual, Merchandising, Operations…)
• Establishes and implement action plans in order to develop sales for each product category and client segment
• Develops a client centric culture aimed to maximize the existing customers and enlarge the new client base
• Ensures the adequate integration and optimization between front and back-of house, upholding Company standards and procedures
• Monitors store visits and mystery shopping to improve quality of service
• Builds a high performing team by engaging, inspiring and developing people

• Works alongside HR function to reduce staff turnover, promote internal mobility, optimise personnel cost, map and develop key talents

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in the role within Fashion Luxury industry
• Strategic vision in order to develop the business
• Proven ability to drive results and excellent organizational skills
• Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
• Talent for managing, coaching and developing a team
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for Fashion Luxury industry
