Includes all jobs responsible for selection, availability and visibility of brands’ collections and products within a given territory or for a given sales channel.

Job Family Description -Retail Merchandising:
Develops plans for product ranges and master orders. Organises the buying process to optimise the balance between product range and stock across regions and channels.

Role Mission

The Operations Merchandiser is responsible for overall inventory flow management including seasonal shipment arrangement to ensure efficient sales operations aligning with the Travel Retail business strategy. This role requires close collaboration with internal departments and retail stores to optimize stock flow and maintain accurate merchandising information.

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee end-to-end stock-in and stock management processes collaborating with Supply Chain Management team to align inventory levels with sales plans also to secure season launching in time
• Prepare shipment registering merchandise information on DF system for smooth stock-in
• Navigate and cooperate with headquarters on DF pricing
• Investigate and review price gap among markets reflecting F/x change rate
• Provide comprehensive merchandising support for stores
• Understand clientele through market research when needed
• Review & conduct stock rebalancing/transfer between Duty Free Operators
• Share merchandising information and updates with external partners (Duty-Free Operators) by season to ensure consistent brand representation and operational excellence.

Key Requirements

• 4 years or more experience in fashion brand
• 2 years or more experience in Travel Retail (Duty free) business is highly appreciated
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• University degree in fashion related field is preferred
• Excellent MS-office, especially excel skills
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Positive and proactive attitude
