The Manager, Talent Development, is responsible for supporting and activating Gucci's People Development strategy across the Americas, with a focus on the retail organization as the Gucci America’s largest population. The role partners closely with HR People Partners, business leaders, Retail Training, and Global Gucci HR to translate talent priorities into meaningful development experiences that strengthen leadership capability, accelerate employee growth, and support business performance.
This role supports People Development priorities, including talent development, leadership programs, talent reviews, succession planning, development actions, manager communities, stretch assignments, career growth, and onboarding and induction.
The role also partners with the Kering L&D team, who serves as the primary point of contact for the delivery and management of learning solutions, including the learning catalogue, training operations, learning platforms, functional academies, compliance training, and enterprise learning deployment.

This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. In addition, where a candidate falls within the disclosed range estimate may be dependent on the applicable geographic differential associated with the location in which the position may be filled.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $110,000 to $130,000 USD.
