The Gucci Client Services Client Advisor is a dynamic hybrid role that blends luxury sales, client relationship building, and service excellence. As a key revenue generator for gucci.com, the Client Advisor is responsible for meeting sales targets, building a loyal client base though personalized outreach, and delivering an elevated omnichannel experience across phone, email, and/or chat.
This role plays a critical part in converting interest into sales, providing curated advice, and ensuring seamless, end to end brand engagement through collaboration with corporate departments and store network.
