Role Mission

As the Client Advisor,youare theGucci brand ambassadorresponsible for achievingsalesobjectivesby deepeningclientconnections toGucciand providing them with thebest-in-class service,elevated andunique experience, andstrong clientrelationships

Key Accountabilities

Client Journey

  • Proactively engage andestablishstrong relationships with clients, making the client feel valuedand at easefrom the first point of contact by offering best-in-class service be itin-storeor remotely.

  • Deliver a personalized, client-centric experience, fostering strong and lasting relationships to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty.

  • Build rapport with clients by discovering their needsand aspirations,creatingconnectionsandbonds,anddemonstratinggenerosity and desire to exceed their expectations

  • Develop client base by recruiting new clients and developing existing ones.

  • Leverage in-store technology to ensure every client’s experienceis smooth, pleasant, andrelevant.

  • Collect meaningful client information throughout the client journey to understand their preferences to customize the service provided to them.

  • Create and add valueto the client’s experience by providing them with useful insights on local lifestyle trends (Theater, arts, travel,etc)

Sales Excellence

  • Drive individual and collective sales results and maximizeselling opportunitiesin-storeand remotely.

  • Provide exceptionalclientexperience, focusing on hospitality and elevation through selling skills, luxury gestures,and product rituals.

  • Use effective selling techniques in a natural, warm, and elevated mannertodrive salesandaclient-centricattitude

  • Select the right products matched to client needs and benefits and effectivelyusecross andupselling techniques.

  • Proactively promote virtual appointments and distance sales by seeking to recruit clients to create selling opportunities.

  • Maintain a “One-Gucci-Client” perspectiveregardless of purchase location,onexchange,returns,repairs,and othersuch transactionsthat are critical to a positiveclientexperience.

  • Guide and inspire the client to make the best possible decision to buy the right product. 

  • Foster open and constructive communication with team members, beingalways collaborative and proposing effective solutions

Brand & Product

  • Using knowledge of Gucci and our products,engagewith theclientsusing storytelling, expert product knowledge,andhonest styling advice toassistthem in making informed purchasing decisions.

  • Proactively attendtrainingsto gain insights on product knowledgeand selling techniques.

  • Ensureto be up-to-date knowing fashion trends and competitors (products, campaigns, fashion trends, services,etc) and clients’ segmentationtocome up withthe bestpossible solutionsfor our clients.

  • Combines styling knowledge with the ability to offer products to best serve the client.

  • EmbodyGucci's philosophy, values, and lifestylewith an enthusiastic attitude.

OperationalExcellence

  • Activelyparticipateinall store operations such as stock maintenance, stock inventories, etc

  • Adhere to all policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention and operational excellence.

  • Accurately process all POS transactions and ensureaccuratecapture ofclientinformation.

  • Contribute to upholding the visual display of all productsfollowingGucci visual standards.

  • Follow Companygrooming at all timesand accordingtoGucci standards and policies.

  • Ensureoptimallevels of products on the sales floor in line with corporate policies andprocedures.

  • Manage general store administrationand functionality.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experienceand excellenttrack record,preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.

  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results and build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.

  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and collaboration amongst colleagues.

  • Flexibility toworka retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Deepknowledgeabout andpassion forfashion and luxury

  • Excellent commercial awareness andclientattitude

  • High flexibility and ability to adapt to differentclientsand complex situations.

  • Strong communicationskills

  • Ability to work in afast-movingand dynamicenvironment

Salary Range – California

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California,GUCCI includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. Thistakes into accountthe wide range of factors that are considered in making compensationdecisions;including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. In addition, where a candidate falls within the disclosedrangeestimate may be dependent on the applicable geographic differential associated with the location in which the position may be filled

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $16.90 USD

Eligible employees may alsoparticipatein an employee benefits program as well as an incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends onvarious factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
