The GTM Technology Operations Pod Lead will lead the Mumbai-based Go-to-Market (GTM) Technology Operations team and serve as the primary operational liaison between Sales Operations, Technology, Data Governance, Marketing, and Business stakeholders. This role is responsible for driving platform adoption, data quality, AI initiatives, reporting, integrations, and operational excellence across Russell Investments' GTM technology ecosystem.
The successful candidate will combine leadership, stakeholder management, data governance, CRM operations, project management, and emerging AI capabilities to help scale and optimize our sales and marketing technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
GTM Technology Leadership
Lead and develop the Mumbai GTM Technology Operations Pod.
Establish team priorities, workload management, and delivery standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the GTM technology stack.
Support strategic planning and execution of GTM technology initiatives.
Salesforce & CRM Operations
Support Salesforce administration, adoption, and enhancement initiatives.
Coordinate user provisioning, testing, release management, and business readiness activities.
Partner with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and resolve operational issues.
Support CRM governance and best practices.
AI & Agentforce Programs
Support and coordinate AI initiatives including:
Agentforce Engagement
Agentforce MCP Integrations
Next Best Action
Meeting Transcription Solutions
ChatGPT Enterprise and AI Pilots
Coordinate testing, user feedback, adoption tracking, and business readiness activities.
Partner with stakeholders to identify new AI opportunities.
GTM Platform Management
Provide operational support and business ownership for platforms including:

ZoomInfo
Marketo
Seismic
Sales Connect
Distribution Solutions
Other sales enablement and marketing technology platforms
Responsibilities include:
Vendor coordination
User support
Adoption tracking
Enhancement requests
Process documentation
Data Governance & Client 360
Lead data quality monitoring and remediation activities.
Support Client 360 and Snowflake initiatives.
Ensure data integrity across Salesforce, Snowflake, and integrated systems.
Maintain data governance standards and documentation.
Support master data management efforts.
Reporting & Analytics
Oversee recurring reporting and dashboard processes.
Support executive reporting and KPI development.
Validate data accuracy and reporting quality.
Coordinate business intelligence and analytics requests.
Project & Portfolio Management
Manage GTM technology projects and enhancement requests.
Coordinate project plans, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Facilitate testing, deployment, and business adoption activities.
Track project risks and issue resolution.
Stakeholder Engagement & Mumbai Leadership
Serve as the primary GTM Technology Operations representative in the Mumbai office.
Act as the eyes and ears of the GTM Operations organization, proactively identifying opportunities, risks, challenges, and stakeholder needs.
Build strong relationships across Technology, Data, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Business teams.
Support visiting leaders and business partners by coordinating meetings, workshops, and onsite engagements.
Provide regular feedback to leadership regarding team sentiment, resource needs, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Support recruiting, onboarding, mentoring, and employee engagement activities.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, CRM Operations, Data Governance, Business Operations, or GTM Technology.
3+ years of leadership, project management, or team lead experience.
Experience supporting Salesforce CRM or similar enterprise platforms.
Basic SQL knowledge with the ability to query, validate, analyze, and troubleshoot business data.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certification.
Experience with Snowflake or data warehouse technologies.
Experience supporting AI, Agentforce, Copilot, MCP integrations, or ChatGPT initiatives.
Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, reporting platforms, and data validation techniques.
Experience with AdvizorPro, ZoomInfo, Marketo, Seismic, Sales Connect, or similar GTM technologies.
Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification.
Financial Services or Asset Management industry experience.
