We’re looking for a high-agency, outbound-driven Sourcer who wants to build something meaningful: the hiring engine for a company shaping how enterprise revenue teams operate. You’ll partner directly with our CRO and GTM leaders to identify exceptional talent, craft outreach strategies, and bring in the people who will define the future of our business.

Enterprise AE + SDR Sourcing (Primary)
Build outbound pipelines for Enterprise AEs ($150K–$400K+ ACV sellers)
Source SDRs capable of generating VP/CRO-level meetings
Cold call + run high-volume outbound sequencing daily
Screen and qualify talent with strong pattern recognition
Deliver consistent, metric-driven weekly pipeline output
Broader GTM Support (Secondary)
Source across Sales Ops, RevOps, Enablement, Partnerships, and GTM leadership
Maintain ATS hygiene and coordinate early stages where needed
Partner tightly with the GTM Recruiter + CRO on profile calibration
3+ years sourcing or recruiting in SaaS/GTM or agency
Proven experience finding Enterprise AEs and/or strong SDRs
Confident with cold outreach; metrics-driven operator
Strong pattern recognition across multiple GTM roles
Thrives in early-stage, high-speed, high-expectation environments
