Your role

You'll join our commercial team and own the relationship with our French-speaking clients and prospects, from first conversation through contract close.

THEKER sells complex robotic deployments to industrial clients. Deals are large, and buying decisions sit at the C-suite or operational director level. Cycles are long, stakeholders are senior, and the problem we solve is new enough that clients need help structuring the business case before they can say yes.

You will join a commercial team that is up and running but still building its foundations, working alongside colleagues who cover other accounts and segments. You will work directly with the founding team, with ownership over your accounts and commercial experiments from day one. The analytical rigor you bring from consulting or enterprise sales meets a context where judgment in client interactions and speed of execution are what drive results.

Day to day, you'll identify and qualify French-speaking targets across various industries, lead commercial conversations in French with senior decision-makers, and adapt materials for these clients in coordination with the rest of the commercial team.

What we're looking for

• Native or fluent French, with strong professional English to work with the team in Barcelona
• 2-4 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent) or in enterprise B2B sales of complex, high-value solutions
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives and operational decision-makers at large industrial accounts
• Comfort with long sales cycles and seven-figure deals; you understand that closing a large engagement requires relationship depth and commercial structure, not call volume
• Fluency with AI tools: you use them to research accounts, prepare for meetings, build materials, and accelerate your work in a systematic way
• Exceptional communication in client situations: you can hold a serious conversation with a plant manager, a CPO, or a CFO without relying on slides to carry the argument
• Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate (100% on-site role)

Nice to have

• Background in industrial automation, robotics, logistics, or manufacturing
• Experience building commercial proposals, pricing models, or ROI cases for complex solutions
• Fluent in Spanish, in addition to French and English
• Prior experience in an early-stage company where you had to build process as you went

Main responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of French-speaking enterprise accounts and manage the relationship from first conversation to close
• Build and qualify pipeline among French-speaking clients across target verticals: logistics, retail, manufacturing, automotive
• Lead commercial conversations in French with C-suite and operational decision-makers at industrial clients
• Design commercial proposals and ROI frameworks for PoC and full deployment engagements
• Adapt THEKER's commercial materials and messaging for French-speaking audiences, in coordination with the wider commercial team
• Coordinate with engineering and deployment teams to ensure commercial commitments are technically sound
• Represent THEKER at industry events relevant to French-speaking clients
• Feed learnings from French-speaking client conversations back to the founding team to sharpen positioning

2. Conversation with the commercial and founding team.
3. Meet the rest of the team and founders at our offices.
