You find, open and close enterprise deals yourself, all the way to the executive who signs. Own the full sales motion at a fast-growing AI startup.

A seed-stage AI startup in San Francisco helps companies own their AI with a model router across hundreds of models, hosted anywhere, plus AI agents that carry out real business tasks. Its customers, about a hundred so far, range from small startups to big corporations and listed companies around the globe. There are no BDR, SDR or AE layers: you prospect, build executive relationships and close, working closely with company leadership.

They're hiring 2 sales generalists.

What you'll own

• The full sales cycle, from first outreach to signature
• Top-down selling to executives
• Building pipeline from zero through your own outreach
• Feedback from the market to leadership and product

Must-haves

• 4+ years in go-to-market or sales
• You've personally owned full sales cycles from prospecting to close (only SDR/BDR work, or one part of the funnel, won't fit)
• Enterprise revenue you sourced and closed yourself, selling directly to executives
• Comfortable with a lower base and substantial commission upside
• Working from the San Francisco office, 9-9-6

Bonus points

• Selling an AI-native product
• Founder who personally won the first customers
• Product-building experience
