The GTM Project Manager will play a critical role in disseminating go-to-market strategy and messaging across internal and external teams, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adoption.

Responsibilities:

    Launch Strategy & Execution

  • Track all moving parts tied to launches — from technical dependencies to operational handoffs — ensuring nothing is missed
  • Establish and manage launch governance and standard operating processes, including full tiered launch requirement checklists, readiness reviews, and go/no-go checkpoints
  • Serve as the command center for launch status, providing clear visibility to senior and executive leadership
  • Reports directly into Sr. Director of Product Marketing
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Drive alignment across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Client Experience, Finance, Revenue Operations, Legal and Partnerships
  • Disseminate go-to-market strategy and messaging across all client- and prospect-facing functions
  • Anticipate risks, surface interdependencies, and proactively resolve issues before they impact timelines
  • Ensure smooth collaboration between teams, fostering accountability and shared ownership of launch outcomes
  • Internal and External Communications Management
  • Identify and escalate product issues that could impact launch timelines, customer experience, or market perception, ensuring rapid resolution through appropriate channels
  • Coordinate issue response across teams, managing internal communication flow and ensuring customer-facing teams have accurate, timely information during product incidents
  • Oversee all teams and individual contributors responsible for internal and external communications tied to launches are delivered on time
  • Build and maintain repeatable frameworks for internal updates and client-facing communications that support adoption, retention, and engagement
  • Ensure stakeholders across the organization are trained, informed, and equipped to deliver consistent messages to clients and partners
  • Measurement & Continuous Improvement
  • Establish frameworks to measure launch performance, adoption, and business impact
  • Lead post-launch reviews, capturing lessons learned and embedding best practices into future processes
  • Drive continuous improvement of launch operations to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of project or program management experience, with significant exposure to product launches or go-to-market execution in SaaS, fintech, or other complex industries
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar project/program management certification
  • Proven track record managing cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility and measurable outcomes
  • Ability to understand how multiple parts of the business interconnect and influence successful launches
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage complexity and bring clarity to competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and coordinating sensitive client communications
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com)
