
Ford Central and Eastern European Sales LLC is looking for a GTM Operations & Readiness Specialist in our Budapest XIII. Váci Greens office.
The GTM Operations & Readiness Specialist acts as the critical link between strategy, product development, and market execution. This role is responsible for ensuring that new features and market expansions are technically validated, effectively communicated, and successfully adopted by internal teams and markets.
Strategic Implementation & Launch Readiness
• Strategy Execution: Support the end-to-end implementation of Go-To-Market plans for new feature rollouts and market expansions.
• Launch Coordination: Own the launch readiness checklist, ensuring all product-related activities are synchronised and the business is 100% prepared for go-live.
• Market Expansion: Assist in tailoring GTM strategies to meet the specific needs of new territories.
Testing & Quality Assurance
• UAT Leadership: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) from a GTM perspective, ensuring that new functionality meets business requirements and provides a seamless user experience.
• Defect Management: Collaborate with IT and Product teams to identify, document, and prioritise fixes for issues discovered during testing.
Internal Communication & Change Management
• Stakeholder Facilitation: Act as a central hub for GTM information, ensuring that internal stakeholders are updated on product changes and timelines.
• Tool & Process Adoption: Drive the adoption of new internal tools and workflows by providing support and promoting best practices across the team.
Feedback Loops & Roadmap Influence
• Market Insights: Establish mechanisms to gather feedback from markets and internal teams regarding product performance and feature gaps.
• Strategic Influence: Synthesise feedback into actionable insights to inform the future product roadmap and refine the overarching GTM strategy.
Performance Measurement
• Enablement Tracking: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and launch activities.
• Data-Driven Optimisation: Use performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in the GTM process and tool utilisation.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in Customer Management is a plus.
• Communication: very good English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical updates for diverse audiences across the globe.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data and metrics to track success and identify trends.
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and drive change within an organisation.
During the first 6–12 months, occasional short trips to the UK every six weeks (lasting a few days) will be required.
