About You
As GTM Operations, you will build the operational muscle that enables Optiml’s senior Sales, Delivery and Customer Success teams to win and scale enterprise accounts and will support e2e insight generation from Finance to Commercial. You will operate in a hands-on, execution-focused capacity, supporting the go-to-market motion by maintaining CRM-first playbooks, delivering high quality actionable reporting that provide commercial and financial insights, operationalising outbound and ABM programs, maintain sales collateral hygiene, and introducing pragmatic AI/automation to improve performance of all Optiml North Star Metrics.
You will report to the Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and work closely with the Commercial (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success & Delivery) and Finance leads. Internally you will operate across lean cross-functional squads (Product, Tech, Data, Delivery, Finance) to mobilise the right expertise for each account and campaign.

Key Objectives
✅Design, operate and maintain a CRM and toolkit that steers buyer/seller behaviour and improves deal quality.
✅Deliver cross-functional reporting (Commercial and Finance) and root-cause insights, derive measures that improve sales conversion, forecasting and commercial success.
✅Enable repeatable outbound & ABM plays that generate qualified enterprise opportunities.
✅Support build-up of a scalable, repeatable sales, marketing and customer success & delivery department.
✅Maintain the sales collateral library and enablement so sellers present a consistent, trust-building message.
✅Introduce AI/automation and enhance the toolkit for the department.
