As a GTM Operations Associate, you will support the Revenue Operations function by maintaining high-quality CRM data and enabling efficient sales processes. This role focuses heavily on data enrichment, validation, and quality assurance, ensuring that sales and marketing teams operate with accurate and actionable insights.

You will work with tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Clay while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enrich contact and account data using tools like ZoomInfo, Clay, and other data providers
  • Perform regular data quality audits across Salesforce objects (contacts, accounts, leads, opportunities)
  • Clean, standardize, and maintain CRM data using Excel and data management techniques
  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports to monitor data quality and identify gaps
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams on data requirements
  • Document processes and create SOPs for repeatable workflows
  • Track and report data quality metrics and trends to the Revenue Operations team

Mandatory Skills

  • Hands-on experience with data enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo or Clay
  • Experience working with Salesforce (reporting, data management, views)
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, data cleaning, formulas)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets accurately
  • Understanding of CRM data quality and hygiene best practices
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to learn new tools and manage technical processes

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with automation tools like N8n, Zapier, or similar
  • Familiarity with AI tools for data enrichment and process optimization
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or SOQL
  • Exposure to CRM/data platforms beyond Salesforce
  • Background in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or data-focused roles
  • Understanding of North American markets and industries
  • Experience in telematics, automotive, or transportation tech industry
  • BTech or equivalent technical degree

Experience Level & Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, data management, or sales enablement
  • High ownership mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
