Key job responsibilities
The APJ GTM Investment Programs Specialist will be a key member of the APJ Investment Program and broader APJ Go-To-Market (GTM) team, driving strategic investment decisions that accelerate AWS's growth across the Asia-Pacific and Japan region.

For this primary role in assessing strategic investment requests, your customer obsession will be critical in managing key responsibilities including (but not limited to): 1/Lead investment programs from evaluation to implementation, 2/Due diligence on investment requests (business case, financial modelling, etc), 3/Drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment across all organization levels, 3/Optimize team operations and processes, 4/Execute program enablement and strategic communications, 5/Deep-dive on investment performance to inform program strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how sales organizations operate, possess self-awareness and good judgement of when to navigate a process and when to Think Big, and exceptional project management in order to execute initiatives with speed and at high standards. They will be a resilient, well-organized, detail-oriented self-starter who can identify what needs to be done, and is able to influence and drive actions by others and hold people accountable for achieving their goals.

Basic Qualifications


- 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
- Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship
- Track record of executing complex, high-impact initiatives from conception to completion, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of data analytics with tools such as Tableau, SQL, Quick-sight
- Proven success in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments, showcasing adaptability, resilience, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations while delivering results
