Department: Marketing - Strategic Alliance

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Location: Malaysia/Kuala Lumpur

Reporting To: Manager, Strategy and Integration (Planner) / Vice President, Strategy and Integration

Compensation: RM6,500 - RM8,500 / month

Description

ROLE PURPOSE

The GTM Intelligence Lead supports the business by developing an integrated view of key accounts, markets and the portfolio across the business.

The role will initially focus on consolidating and improving account, pipeline and market intelligence, creating the foundation for stronger GTM visibility and decision-making. Over time, it will expand into deeper GTM insights, growth identification, decision support and strategic planning.

The role will provide the research, analysis and tools that help Sales and Management understand the market, assess commercial potential, make informed decisions and plan GTM activities more effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build the Integrated GTM View
  • Map how account, pipeline and growth information is currently managed across the business.
  • Consolidate relevant CRM, account, pipeline and portfolio data into a clear integrated view.
  • Establish common definitions and identify gaps, overlaps and areas for standardisation.
  • Develop and maintain a singular customer view to improve visibility of customer relationships and portfolio whitespace.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date GTM information to support planning and decision making.
  1. Conduct GTM Research and Analysis
  • Research priority accounts, customers, markets, competitors and industry developments.
  • Analyse account and portfolio information to identify gaps, patterns, whitespace and growth areas.
  • Bring together information from different sources to build a clearer view of the customer base and market.
  • Provide relevant account, market and portfolio intelligence to Sales and Management.
  • Summarise research and analysis into clear findings on accounts, markets and portfolio potential.
  1. Provide GTM Insights and Planning Support
  • Analyse trends across accounts, sectors, regions and deal types.
  • Identify areas where greater collaboration or portfolio alignment may be relevant.
  • Prepare insights and recommendations to support GTM planning and prioritisation.
  • Contribute research and insights to longer-term GTM planning and strategy.
  1. Build GTM Information Processes and Reporting
  • Establish practical processes and standards for collecting, structuring and maintaining GTM information.
  • Improve data quality, consistency and accessibility across the integrated GTM view.
  • Develop reporting from the integrated GTM view to provide Sales and Management with relevant information.
  • Explore where automation and AI can improve research, data quality and analysis.
  • Build a reliable and repeatable GTM information foundation for planning and decision-making.

  • Good understanding of customers, accounts, markets and sales pipelines.
  • Able to bring together information from different sources and identify useful patterns, gaps and insights.
  • Strong analytical and digital skills, with experience using CRM systems, reports, dashboards, automation, AI tools or similar platforms to structure data, generate insights and improve ways of working.
  • Comfortable working with incomplete or inconsistent information.
  • Able to turn data and research into clear and practical recommendations.
