We are hiring a Growth Operations Manager to design, industrialize and run the engine behind our outbound acquisition. This is an individual contributor role, reporting directly the CRO working closely with RevOps, with a priority mandate to accelerate customer acquisition and expansion at the Group Level across North America and EMEA. You will own the data, the signals, the scoring and the automation that make our outreach sharper, faster and more scientific, and you will feed Sales with the best possible pipeline.
Clean and structure our TAM across all markets: deduplication, enrichment and segmentation.
Deliver exceptional-quality outreach data that every rep can rely on.
Centralize all buying and intent signals, and score every prospect and customer in the base.
Accelerate new business, expansion and cross-sell by feeding Sales the best data and intent, with a priority on Addingwell.
Automate the full lead workflow end to end: capture, enrichment, deduplication, scoring, routing and sequencing.
Improve prospection workflows across the main channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calling).
Build and scale a methodical, multichannel outbound machine (ICP, sequences, A/B testing, personalization at scale).
Improve inbound lead scoring and reactivate marketing-sourced leads into pipeline.
Track performance rigorously and iterate relentlessly on conversion rates.
Outbound track record: you have built an outbound machine from scratch and can quantify its impact (pipeline, ARR, conversion rates).
Lead workflow automation: you automate capture, enrichment, scoring, routing and sequencing, and you are comfortable with ops tools, APIs, webhooks and no-code / low-code.
Tooling mastery: hands-on with ZoomInfo, lemlist and a modern CRM.
Data and signal mindset: you turn intent signals into prioritized, high-quality lists.
Copywriting and sequencing: messaging that converts, tested at scale.
International reach: fluent English and the ability to operate across North America and EMEA.
A scientific, automation-first operator: systematic, analytical, resilient, and fully accountable for your numbers.
Experience in adtech / martech, or around server-side tagging (Addingwell relevance).
Familiarity with privacy and consent (Didomi relevance).
ZoomInfo, Clay, Lemlist and Salesforce, alongside the enrichment and automation stack you will help shape.
